British Airways Dinner #BringingBritainCloser

This week I had the most spectacular dinner experience, from British Airways & Chase.

In an intimate setting in a Meatpacking district film studio, I enjoyed a 7-course menu prepared by Tom Kerridge (Chef at the worlds only 2 Michelin Starred pub,The Hand and Flowers has over a years waiting list in the UK). And if that wasn’t enough, here is the kicker: each dish was accompanied by a 3D projection mapped around the dining room that took you to where each dish originated. We ventured to Dorset to Wiltshire, London, Scotland, Somerset, Brighton Beach and more. Accompanying the visuals were ambient sounds, and in one case a bagpiper, that made the transport complete. It was an incredible experience that I would love to revisit in a heartbeat, and I felt very lucky to be there. Make sure to see Visit Britain

Added bonus: At my table were the lovely Points Guy (Brian Kelly) and Joey Zauzig
