Instagram Challenge: 365 Days Of Cultural Lessons
In an effort to be better storytellers on instagram, and give more substance, we will be posting 365 days of cultural insight and/or people on our feed. Join us!
Hello 2019! As I have previously written about, it seems like with all of the travel related bloggers and instagrammers out there, there continues to be a lack or cultural and/or historical context for the places they are visiting. Now I love a pretty image and a travel tip as much as the next Lady, but I love learning about places and people so my goal will be to post a fact or story on our instagram feed per day, all year. I hope I make it. I hope I learn. I hope I make it a bit interesting for you all. Thanks for following along!
As I have also mentioned, I have spent a great deal of the past two year road tripping solo across our very own USA in an effort to connect with its many subtle cultures, so will work to highlight those stories more this year as I work on a collection of short stories for my new book. Stay tuned!
